Kiến nghị Thủ tướng điều tra diện rộng nạn phân bón giả
Theo FAV, trong đợt phối hợp giữa Văn phòng Thường trực Ban chỉ đạo 389 Quốc gia với UBND TPHCM “làm điểm” tại TPHCM hồi đầu tháng 10/2016 cho thấy, chỉ mới kiểm tra 56 cơ sở sản xuất phân bón, có tới 20 cơ sở không có giấy phép, hoạt động đã nhiều năm.
UBND TPHCM đã lập hồ sơ, đề nghị xem xét xử lý hình sự các cơ sở không đủ giấy phép (đã xử lý 3 cơ sở với 17 bị can, còn 13 vụ xử phạt hành chính). Về môi trường, qua kiểm tra phát hiện 18/44 cơ sở không có hồ sơ pháp lý; nhiều vi phạm về hợp tính hợp quy, nhãn mác…
Trong văn bản trên, FAV cũng cho biết, vụ việc sản xuất phân bón giả ở Cty CP Thuận Phong (Đồng Nai) đã diễn ra hơn một năm rưỡi là “điển hình của bao che, lợi ích nhóm”.
“Địa phương họp 2-3 lần, Văn phòng Chính phủ họp 2 lần, Phó Thủ tướng Thường trực Trương Hoà Bình điều hành phiên họp ngày 11/11/2016 mới kết luận được là Cty CP Thuận Phong có dấu hiệu sản xuất, buôn bán phân bón giả, và giao cho Bộ Công an xử lý theo quy định của pháp luật, báo cáo Thủ tướng Chính phủ trước ngày 1/3/2017 nhưng cho đến nay mọi sự vẫn nằm trong cặp”- văn bản của FAV nêu.
Lấy kết quả “làm điểm” ở TPHCM, FAV đặt vấn đề, nếu kiểm tra ở 63 tỉnh thành, tình hình sẽ xấu thế nào? Trong khi, nạn sản xuất phân bón giả nhiều năm qua đã đã gây thiệt hại cho hàng chục triệu hộ nông dân, cho nền nông nghiệp cả nước.
